After they said they'd change their practices, DOJ ends probe into coordination among AT&T, Verizon, and GSMA to make it hard for users to switch carriers  —  AT&T, Verizon and a trade group agreed to let consumers use a technology that makes it easier to switch carriers, the Justice Department said.
